There is no faster way to see progress and improvement than through personal training. Careful supervision and hands-on training targeted specifically to your needs will make a dramatic difference. Private or semi-private instruction works best when you have set the foundation with a Personal Fitness Assessment, a requirement for private instruction.
Any of the following workout sessions may be booked in a private or semi-private format, Triple, Four, and up to 6 in one of our beautiful Bay Area studios -- Motio in Redwood City, Academy of American Dance or NoXcuses in Palo Alto. Once the fundamentals are in place, ongoing training can take place in your home, if desired.
